PSHE - Asking permission

 This week in PSHE we discussed what permission meant and why it is important to ask permission to do something online. We looked at examples of different situations when we must ask permission from an adult.

Science - Comparing materials

This week in Science we compared some materials. We were tying to work out which were the most absorbent. We tested paper, sponge, tissue and cloth. Before our experiment the children made good predictions and tried to explain why they thought that material would be the most absorbent.  We then put the materials in pots of water and left them for two minutes. We took them out to see which pot had the least amount of water in them. Some children were surprised to find out that the tissue was the most absorbent.
